We can offer three types of jewellery service:

• Stock jewellery

  Items for sale as featured in Shop. These are finished pieces made not to any specific customer order. Order them direct by adding to your cart.

• Custom jewellery

  Made up for you from the specification choices in Shop. You choose from the pick lists and we’ll make it for you.

  This includes our wire wrapping service. We can wire wrap a crystal, gemstone or maybe another object for you and turn it into a pendant complete with chain. Various options are available for you to choose. You send us your stone and we will wire wrap it and return it to you. The chain and postage are included in the price.

• Bespoke custom jewellery

  Designed around your own personal specifications. Please contact us by email and tell us your ideas and we’ll work out together what we can do for you.

  We can include your own material in a custom or bespoke custom piece. For example, fur, hair or ashes of a loved relative or pet. If you would prefer not to be able to see these in the jewellery, but want to know they are there, we can do this for certain types of jewellery. Please email us so we can help.

  We’re not here just for the sad times, we can make memories of happy days too. For instance, a piece of petal or leaf from a plant, a piece of stone or shell or beach sand, from somewhere special you’ve visited. We can commemorate a joyful event with a part of your bridal bouquet, or your new-born baby’s first cut lock of hair.

  The size of the inclusion is limited only by the size of the mould we would use. Contact us by email so we can plan the design.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for manufacture of custom orders before dispatch. This depends on the type of piece, whether we’ll need to order special materials as well as the manufacturing time. We’ll advise you on the likely timing for your specific order.
